Our facility has met accreditation standards for the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care (AAAHC) and is licensed by the state of Illinois, and Medicare. The accreditation process sets standards for our practices of patient care, safety, quality efforts, administrative involvement, medical record maintenance and professional development of our staff. This process sets high goals for us to achieve and challenges us to seek better and innovative ways to provide the best quality of patient care.
